Cannot connect from Azure OpenAI Studio to Azure AI Search index: InternalServerError

There is HTTP 500 InternalServerError when trying to add data source from Azure OpenAI Studio to Azure AI Search in one specific Azure tenant. What could be causing this?
Azure AI Search resource's Networking is set to allow access from "All networks". The resource is in West Europe and it was created 2 hours ago.

I understand you have provisioned the resource in West Europe region. Kindly checkout the supported region: Regional availability and model support - you may try this on another supported region and check. Also, ensure other prerequisites are met: Prerequisite

2024-05-29T06:55:00.98+00:00 Same issue is present also with Blob Storage. This is a Managed Application, however, there are other instances where I cannot see this error, but instead can browse the resources just fine via Azure OpenAI Studio, so something's not right with this one tenant...? @ajkuma
You can see how resources are located in this picture, Azure OpenAI is in Sweden Central (due to model requirements), other resources are in West Europe.
I consider this Blob Storage error bit more straightforward to investigate, and it is giving the same HTTP500 error, so could we look into that first? I assume root cause is then same for the Azure AI Search.
Is it perhaps because of this (when I try to create new Search Service starting from the Azure OpenAI Studio)?

2024-05-29T06:57:21.3266667+00:00 I manually created (normally we do this using bicep) new Search Service in the same resource group and configured it identically to the one created earlier, but instead put this new one in Sweden Central, and could immediately see it via Azure OpenAI Studio when adding new data source. Does this help in determining what is the problem, is it the West Europe region having issues?

Azure Service Health provides you with a customizable dashboard which tracks the health of your Azure services in the regions where you use them. Azure Resource Health helps you diagnose and get support for service problems that affect your Azure resources. It reports on the current and past health of your resources.
