I recently created an Azure account and have been working on it, particularly with Azure Active Directory. I decided to purchase a new subscription. However, I wanted to run both subscriptions under a single account. To achieve this, I deleted my existing subscription. Now, I am unable to create a new Pay-As-You-Go or Free Trial subscription.

    Hello,

Thank you for posting in Q&A forum.

In Azure, an Azure account can have multiple subscriptions, including pay as you go and free trial subscriptions. If you delete an existing subscription and are unable to create a new pay as you go or free trial subscription, this may be due to some restrictions or issues. Here are some suggestions to help you solve this problem:

Sometimes, after deleting an existing subscription, the system needs some time to process these changes. Wait for a while before attempting to create a new subscription.

Ensure that your Azure account has not reached the subscription quota limit. You can view the current quota usage in the "Subscription" section of the Azure portal.

If you are unable to create a pay as you go or free trial subscription, you can try creating other types of subscriptions, such as Azure Pass subscriptions or other available subscription types.

If the problem persists, it is recommended to contact the Azure support team, who can help diagnose the problem and provide further support. Please refer to
