You must be talking about the Collections feature. Please try creating a new Edge profile and testing the Collections feature again.
If it does not work for you, then it may have something to do with the profile folder corruption issue. Please navigate to %localappdata%\Microsoft\Edge on your computer, end all Microsoft Edge tasks in Task Manager and delete the User Data folder. Please note that it will also delete the local data of your current profile, so you may keep a backup elsewhere or turn on the Sync feature of your current profile beforehand.
