unable to open word file

Hi All i am unable to open couple of word files from desktop application, the files open from word online without any issues. i am getting below error. i have followed the steps as per the below article till fix3 but same issue. i have tried to open in different laptops with different office versions but issue persists.

    Hi,

    Where did you save the files? In local or network folder?

    You can try to clear Office credentials and check if it will help you, sign out account from Office and go to Control Panel- User Accounts- Credential Manager- remove Microsoft related credentials in both Web Credentials and Windows credentials- Restart your computer.

    I also suggest you try to repair Office application check if it will help you resolve this problem:

    the files are in SharePoint site, user is accessing those from file explorer, user mapped SharePoint site on his laptop. user also downloaded the files from SharePoint site on to his local drive but same issue. Either local or network folder same issue.
