I cannot make a payment to re-activate an Azure subscription and the system will not allow me to create a ticket because the subscription is de-activated

My credit card got lost so 2 invoices did not get paid in Azure.

Now the subscription is disabled and it says to pay the invoices to re-activate.

However, I cannot make a payment to re-activate an Azure subscription, it says I must contact Support.

However the Support system will not allow me to create a ticket because the subscription is de-activated.

MS says they will delete my account, and I cannot recover it so I need to get this resolved ASAP.

    Based on the information shared by you, I understand that your Azure subscription is disabled, and you are unable to make payment. Your situation demands an Azure account enablement, can only be solved by Azure billing and subscription management support. Please create a support request to Azure billing and subscription management team and they will help you enabling the account and making the payments.

    FYI: Azure Billing and Subscription Management support is included in the Basic Support Plan without any charge.
