you do not have permissions to see the list of shares for windows clients

From Active directory I click the system to manage , the MMC Window is open , But while i click the shares under shared folders I am getting an error "you do not have permissions to see the list of shares for windows clients".

Modify sharing settings: Right-click on the folder or drive that you wish to access and click on “Properties.” Under the “Security” tab, click the “Edit” button. Select “Everyone” in the “Group or user names” list. Check the “Allow” option next to “Full control” in the “Permissions for Everyone” list.

 

Advanced Sharing: Select Properties, and then select Advanced Sharing on the Sharing tab. Select Permissions, check Allow for Full Control of Everyone, and then press Enter. Select OK on the Advanced Sharing dialog box.
