Hello,
Thank you for posting in Q&A forum.
Based on your description, you can try some of the following steps to resolve the issue:
1.Reset Windows Store Cach: Corrupted cache files may prevent you from exiting S Mode. You can clear the cache by launching Command Prompt as administrator and typing the wsreset.exe command.
2.Disable proxy: If a proxy server is enabled, it can cause problems. After trying to get to the Proxy tab, turn off the toggle switch for the Auto-detect setting. Check if this allows you to exit S mode on Windows.
3.Change Your Network’s DNS: Incorrect DNS settings may prevent you from exiting S Mode. You can enter 8.8.8.8 as the first choice and 8.8.4.4 as the backup for the "Use the following DNS server addresses" radio button.
4.Reset the Network Settings: Just like the DNS settings, there are situations when the Network settings are not configured correctly, preventing you from performing the network-related tasks successfully.
