Question

The following error is occurring when creating a Vector_index in Azure ML Prompt_flow: DeploymentNotFound: A valid deployment for the model=text-embedding-ada-002 was not found in the workspace connection=aoai-rg-shd-prop-ml- brazilsouth provided.

Both the Azure AI Search connection and Azure Open AI Connection used were created in the East US region.

What could be happening?

@Rafael Vasconcelos Costa Machado In your connections page where the connection to OpenAI resource is created, do you see a deployment for model text_embedding-ada-002 under the deployments tab of Azure OpenAI studio? If no, then could you please try to create one and retry again with the same search and openai connections? You should have some deployment with the required model as seen below in openai studio.
