Redirect loop in Azure Portal login

When I try to login to Azure portal, after entering the password and the 2FA code in Microsoft Authenticator, I am caught in a redirect loop between login.microsoftonline.com and portal.azure.com. After about 10 redirects, it says "We couldn't sign you in. Please try again."

I can't create a support ticket, as I need to login to the portal to create a support ticket.

Here is what I tried to resolve the issue:

  • Use an Incognito window
  • Verified that my computer time is correct
  • Logged out of all sites/services

Nothing helped.

    Hi @Andreas F , have you cleared your browser cache/cookies, or using another browser? You can also try resetting your password or resetting your 2FA settings to see if that resolves the issue. Please let me know.
