The SSRS service account is the one exporting to the file share, so that service account needs write permissions on the file share.
SSRS Report Subscription Windows Share File Option Failed
We have configured SSRS Report Subscription export report automatically and place the file in shared path location, we did all the configurations but getting error like "Failure writing file acctbalrw : The permissions granted to user '' are insufficient for performing this operation."
Kindly help us to troubleshoot and fix this issue.Permissions Screenshot.png

You may need to give the read and write permission to the share folder for below account.
If you configure the file share account, all users can select the account for any subscriptions that are configured to deliver reports to a file share. If this option is not selected, the file share account is not available on any subscriptions.
Note, you need to verify the account you configure as the file share account has read and write permissions to any file shares users will use for file share delivery.
The following image is what users see on subscriptions that are configured for file share delivery. The Use file share account is disabled if a file share account has not been configured.

Select the Subscription Settings option in Reporting Services Configuration Manager tool
Checked to specify a file share account option. You need to specify a valid windows user name and password there.
And then use the windows file share account for a try.
