Wrong profile data!

Dear Microsoft Learn Support,

My certification profile data[1] is saved incorrectly, even though I select the correct dropdown values!

How do I get proper support here?! Even to ask this question you require mandatory tags which are irrelevant to my question, so I have to selected random nonsense...
