SharePoint List - users have different views/ experience

Question

Hi Everyone,

Why is it that SharePoint users on our organization have different views/experiences on our SharePoint List. I read an article about others being targeted users who have advance views of upcoming updates. Is it possible that all members of our organization has the same experience? How do we achieve this.

Example: My Sharepoint list dropdown for the "views" vs my colleague

It is a known issue for lists user experience update, some users may see these features before other users within the same organization.

And standard release begins being rolled out late February 2024 and expect to complete by late June 2024.

The only way is to wait update standard released.
