I have a question about how I can compare a file on a file server with a file uploaded to a SharePoint Online document library. In order to check if the file is the same or has changed to check if it needs to be uploaded again or not.

    Unfortunately, there is no PowerShell that can compare the differences between files in File Server and SharePoint Online. Perhaps you can look for other third-party tools that can do the comparison.
