550 5.7.705 Access Denied on outgoing emails for all my domains!

Starting last week I have been unable to send emails from any of my 3 domains that are hosted through GoDaddy with Microsoft 365 email services. They all come back with 550 5.7.705 Access denied, tenant has exceeded threshold. I am a small business owner and a total non-techy person. I don't understand why or how I can fix it. Starting here because it is really compromising my business! I absolutely don't send out any spam...it is just emailing to clients.
