I am facing issues with integrating the US Moving Protection Organization (USMPO) system with Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Our goal is to sync customer data and moving quotes between the two systems. Here are the details:

  1. Configured the API settings on both USMPO and Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
  2. Established a connection using the integration tool provided by USMPO.
  3. Initiated a data sync process to transfer customer data and quotes.
• Error Messages: Data sync fails with a generic "Data Transfer Error" message.
• Unique Aspects: The issue only occurs when syncing large data sets (e.g., more than 100 records at a time). Smaller batches sync without problems.
