How can I request for a refund in Azure

Hi,

I just checked my bank account and found out that I was charged from Microsoft an amount of $165.89.

I didn't even know I have an invoice. Actually there are two, the one is amounting to $67.99. I think it's from a trial that wasn't cancelled and it continued even if there's no one using it anymore, as you can see from the usage. I did signed up for a trial before in hopes to find a cheap solution for my project. Little did I know that I will be charged with huge amount without me even using it.

I didn't even received any notification that my trial is already up nor informing me that I have an invoice coming from Microsoft. I just noticed that something is off on my bank account.
