how to open local excel file in web browser without upload to cloud storage

After saving the excel file using Python, I want to open it in a web browser.

As far as I know, you cannot access local PC files when using Office for the web apps, this is by design behavior.

A browser can display Html code, not Office documents direcly.

You need a kind of app or service to render the document to Html.
