Reschedule Dp-600 exam problem from onVue link

Good Day,

I had scheduled to write my Dp-600 today, but, there was an identity issue during the check-in routine. I was asked to

reschedule through a link on the onVue Exam website within 2 hours. Unfortunately, almost 2 hours now, have not been able to reschedule because the link on the Pearson website didn't grant me access to my Microsoft Learns account.

Session number 386 094 718 and Case #11424308

I would appreciate it if you can help.
