Couldn't find my certificate

Hi,

I recently took and passed the AZ-900 exam. However, I couldn’t locate my certificate in the Learn profile. When I accessed the credentials blade and searched for it, a pop-up message indicated that I needed to connect my certification profile, even though I don’t currently have one. I’ve waited for over three days, but the certificate still hasn’t appeared. Could someone please guide me on how to access it?”
