Azure OpenAI Service Access Request

Hello,

My name is Nischal Divecha and I am trying to gain access to Microsoft Azure's OpenAI services to complete the Azure AI challenge, but I don't have a subscription ID or a tenant ID, how would I obtain one, so I could gain access to complete my training.

    As of now, Azure OpenAI service isn't available for creation across all subscriptions. To gain access, users must meet the criteria outlined in a specific form. Approval for access will be granted after a thorough review of the information provided in the form.

    If your request for access to the Azure OpenAI service doesn't meet the Acceptance Criteria, you can still utilize the OpenAI public API instead.

    Azure for Students and free trial subscriptions no longer grant access to Azure OpenAI usage.

    Also, your subscription should use be a pay as you go account to ensure Azure OpenAI deployments are successful once your request is approved.
