Firstly, you can explore renewing or upgrading your MSDN subscription if it's available. Renewing might reinstate the Azure credits associated with it. Check the MSDN subscription options and pricing to see if this aligns with your needs.
Alternatively, since you have an active Visual Studio subscription with its own Azure credits, you can migrate your resources from the expired MSDN subscription to it. Identify the resources you want to move, potentially deactivate the expired subscription, and then use the Azure Resource Mover service to transfer your resources to your active Visual Studio subscription.
