Please open Disk Management by running diskmgmt.msc as administrator from the Start menu and see if your drive can still be found there. If yes, make sure all the volumes on the drive are healthy and drive letters are assigned to them.
If the disk is no longer listed in Disk Management or Device Manager, ensure that the drive is properly connected to your computer. If the drive is connected to your motherboard via a cable, make sure that the cable is securely attached to both the drive and the port on the motherboard. You can connect the drive to another port on the motherboard or another computer to see if it can be recognized. If not, it could be the drive issue and you have to contact Seagate.
