UNMOUNTABLE_BOOT_VOLUME My pc won't stop restarting

So I tried installing a file earlier (with virus protection turned off) and when it restarted my pc it gave me the classic windows error screen and my PC keeps trying to restart itself non stop and it keeps giving me the error screen. The stop code is UNMOUNTABLE_BOOT_VOLUME what can I do to fix this please

(I'm on Windows 11 btw)

    Hello,

    This error usually indicates a problem with the hard drive or file system. Here are a few steps you can try to check the issue:

    Restart your computer and try to boot into the Advanced Boot Options menu by pressing the F8 key repeatedly as soon as the computer restarts. From there, try to boot into Safe Mode or use the Last Known Good Configuration option.

    If you have a Windows installation disc, you can use it to access the System Recovery Options. Boot from the disc and select “Repair Your Computer” to access the recovery tools.

    Try running the chkdsk command from the Command Prompt in the System Recovery Options. This command will scan and repair any errors on the hard drive.
