how to solve the blue screen of death problem in Windows?

Hello, good time, I recently bought a laptop and its model is HP EliteBook 755 G5. Earlier, I checked with the health check program, which said that you can install Windows 11, and I installed it, but when the microphone was used in any program, the screen of death showed a blue screen and the error code was: system service exception and then again. I installed Windows 10, but now I checked the health check program and saw that it said that your CPU is old. Is there a way to fix that blue error and use Windows 11?

    Based on my search, HP EliteBook 755 G5 Notebook PC contains processors below:

    AMD Ryzen 7 2700U APU

    AMD Ryzen 5 2500U APU

    AMD Ryzen 3 2300U APU

    Windows 11 does not support these processors.

    That is to say, you can't install Windows 11 on this computer.
