To participate 'Microsoft Challenge', and to complete 'Get started with Azure OpenAI Service' module to build a generative AI solution with Azure OpenAI is to provision an Azure OpenAI resource in Azure subscription. Bur Azure OpenAI requires registration and is currently only available to approved enterprise customers and partners. How to get the access to Azure Open AI service?

Azure OpenAI is NOT limited to enterprise customers and partners. You can gain access to it by submitting a request via https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/legal/cognitive-services/openai/limited-access

Thank you Marcin for your response, however instructions in the form state that the possible denied application submitted with personal email. I am a student and don't have corporate email id. I am afraid that my application may be denied for using my personal gmail id?

Thank you for your follow-up. Unfortunately, access to Azure OpenAI Service often requires a corporate or educational email address, as applications submitted with personal email addresses like Gmail may be denied.

I recommend checking if your educational institution provides a student email address (e.g., .edu) and using that to submit your request. Educational emails are generally accepted for these kinds of applications.

Additionally, you might want to reach out to your institution's IT department or administration to see if they can assist you in obtaining access.
