I did not receive my certificate for the AZ-400 exam in my Microsoft Learning after 7 days

Hi,
I passed my AZ-400 exam on May 20, 2024 but I still don't have my certificate online.

While I received a congratulatory note in my email. So far in my Microsoft Learning I don't see it.

is this normal? It's been over 24 and I did it on Pearsonvue online.
