how to change application icon in teams chat?

I want to change the icon of an application that originally exists in the microsoft teams store.

After customizing it in azure settings, I was able to change the icon and title displayed in the navbar and store.

However, the icon and title are not applied in chat.

If you know how to solve this, please let me know

According to our official documentation, it will take a few hours for the modification to take effect.

To change the icon of an app in the Microsoft Teams store, please check that you have followed these steps:

1. Sign in to the Teams admin center as an administrator and visit Teams Apps > Manage Apps.
2. Search for the app you want to customize with the app name and make sure it can be customized.
3. Select the app's row, then select Customize in the toolbar of the Manage Apps page.
4. In the right sidebar, provide updated values for the app information you want to customize and then apply.
