Hello, recently i accidently deleted the authenticator app, after reinstalling the app i can't fully sign in to the app due to authentication needed like fill the security code given to fully sign in to the authenticator app. so, My question is how can i check the security code while im halfway thru sign in to the authenticator app? everytime i sign in to the authenticator app the app ask for authentication code.. i mean like how can i check the code while im not fully sign in to authenticator app yet because the authenticator code is needed.. the app is terrible should do some back up choices like using sms or other email to receive the code.. pls help me because this is my work email lot of important stuffs need to be access thru this email..
anyone? please help me asap..

As I can see you did not enable multiple authentation factors, what happens when you select "Use a verification code" ?
@MOUSSA EL HAJRAOUI yeap i didn't enable yet because im still new to it.. if i tap the "use verification code" the app will ask me to check the code on authenticator app.. but how can i check it? because i can't fully sign in to the authenticator app due to the "verification code/approve request" based on the screenshot above is needed.. every time i tried to sign in the authenticator app, after entering password, it will take me to this "approve request/verification code" page.. Microsoft should do it, like have backup code receiver with other methods like using other emails or phone number as default, no need to set it manually..
Hi there,
I suggest to setup more authentication options in your M365 account (Security->Manage how I sign in->Add a new way to sign in or verify).
Note: the sign-in and verification options are managed by authentication administrators (for Enterprise licenced M365).
Take a look of a configured multiple factors authentication. (see for example: my account I setup 5 ways to authenticate)
You can also enable/disable passwordless authentication.
If you succeed in this do not forget to enable cloud backup

Here too, I'm in a loop as well. It makes no sense at all to sign in the app, while it has the phone number as true personal. Just ridiculous Microsoft
