Unable to recover Authenticator App. How do i reset sites that were attached to the app to receive codes?

I recently got a new phone and apparently my authenticator app was not backed up to icloud. I have now lost all the sites that were attached to my account that were having codes generated to log into. How do i now reset these sites to add them to my account now?
