I am having trouble moving files in Android environments, except through the OneDrive app. Samsung Electronics support suggested that this problem is related to Microsoft's MSAL. Here are some specific examples of issues I am experiencing:

Moving files from Built-in Storage to OneDrive is not possible, but a temporary file is created.

Moving files from OneDrive to Built-in Storage is possible.

When attempting to save a copy in Adobe Acrobat, saving to OneDrive is not allowed.

Uploading files from Built-in Storage to OneDrive using file upload capabilities is possible.

I tried using a different OneDrive account on the same device and all functions worked normally, leading me to believe there might be a permission issue with the original account.

In Windows operating systems, file movements work normally.

The smartphone model you use is Samsung Electronics' Galaxy S20+.
