My azure subscription got disabled and unable to upgrade

I have enabled my azure account in May 2022 after that I didn't upgrade my account and now, I am trying to upgrade my account and I am unable to do due to the error below:

    Thank you for posting your query in the Microsoft Q&A Community.

    I understand that you are not able to upgrade the subscription you created back in 2022.

    One of the reasons why you might not be able to upgrade the subscription now might be because of the expiration of the card linked to the account while creating the subscription. I would advise you create a support request to the billing Team to understand why you are not able to perform this operation.
