I understand that you are not able to upgrade the subscription you created back in 2022.
One of the reasons why you might not be able to upgrade the subscription now might be because of the expiration of the card linked to the account while creating the subscription. I would advise you create a support request to the billing Team to understand why you are not able to perform this operation.
