OnVue Error during check-in azure az-900

Good Morning, for some reason the OnVue application after the check in, had an issue with my webcam (was working fine during the check-in) I am a Mac user and have checked that all the necessary permissions in the privacy section are granted, after many attempts the Vue portal gave me the option to reschedule the exam. However when I clicked the link, it took me to a 404 error page, and couldn’t find another way to reschedule my exam or either get in touch with any customer service. Can you please help me to reschedule the exam? Thank you
