My learn profile and certification profile is same but I'm not able to get the certification detail in my profile

First I use my work account to schedule the microsoft AZ-900 exam and after the result got declared, I signed up in the Microsoft learn with the same email id. now when i try to add certification profile to this learn profile, I'm getting redirected to the same page after signing in and the certification account is also not added.
