Teams home downloads work or school version

Question

I am trying to download Microsoft Teams home from the official website: https://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/microsoft-teams/download-app but it downloads the work or school version every single time. When I sign in it says I am not applicable for the work or school account as I am not enrolled by an admin which is correct.

But when I press 'switch version', it takes me to Teams home online on the web browser, unlike on my older PCs where it launched Teams home app.

What's going on?

also if you are having windows 11 than search teams personal. you will get that app for which i am able to singin my personal micorsoft account. attaching the refreance image here.
