Unable to see Remove Central Administration Site option in Configuration Manager Setup wizard

I'm ready to remove SCCM CAS site and my account has all the required privileges. Currently my SCCM is 2303 with only 1 CAS and 1 child primary site. However, when I execute the configuration manager setup from CAS server and navigated to Perform site maintenance or recover site I do not see the option of Remove Central Administration SiteUser's image

May I know why can't I see the option?
