the person who are created SharePoint is not longer, if i remove the license and how should i do will not effect for the sharepoint?

I would like to check and confirm.

If remove the Microsoft License will effect the SharePoint as created for the person before?

If yes, how should I do for remove license and the SharePoint is continues for using?

    If you remove the Microsoft license of the user you created for SharePoint site before, it will not directly affect the SharePoint site that was created for the person before. It will just cause the user to lose access to SharePoint. However, if the license was assigned to that person and he were the only one with access to the site, then removing the license could result in the site becoming inaccessible. To avoid this, you should ensure that there are other users with appropriate permissions to access and manage the SharePoint site before removing the license.
