Azure Load Testing test run stuck on 'Accepting' using Python SDK

Question

I wrote a script to create/update an Azure Load Test test, then upload a Jmeter JMX file to the test, and start a test run. When I start the test run, my test stays in the status Accepting But it never begins Executing or any other state. I do check that when I upload the test, it passes validation. In the Azure Portal, when I click Configure after clicking on test runs from the test that I uploaded, I get the following error message:
