Hello,
I am copying data from on prem SQL to Azure Data lake using ADF V2 , need to explore some ways to do Data masking any link to go articles or white papers or videos for that will be appreciated??

You can easily do masking or any kind of data transformation in the ADF by using mapping DataFlow. Here is a link that could help you started https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/data-factory/tutorial-data-flow.
