New Outlook missing lot of functionalities

Question

The new Outlook is so frustrating to use compared to the classic one. Missing lots of functionalities

1. Collapse grouping (on right click i can do this simply)
   1. The new outlook was done by Visual Design freshers just playing around UI beautification and not even thought of any UX improvements, but instead the removed all the experience and making the tasks tough.
2. Unable to view the Scheduling assistant from the Meeting list

and i can list 100 bugs... Poor UX team and project management team to deliver such a buggy application with pride...
