In Windows 11, you can manage and view existing shortcuts using several methods:

    Settings App:

    • Go to Settings (Win + I) > System > Keyboard.
      • Here, you can view and customize keyboard shortcuts under the "Advanced keyboard settings" section.
      Taskbar Shortcuts:
      - Right-click on an app icon in the taskbar.

         - If the app has customizable shortcuts, they will be listed under "Tasks" or "Jump List".

    Windows Search:

    • Use Windows Search (Win + S) and type "Keyboard shortcuts".
      • You'll see a list of common keyboard shortcuts you can use in Windows.

For a full list, see: Keyboard shortcuts in Windows - Microsoft Support

The way to remap keyboard shortcuts in Windows 11, apparently, is to install Microsoft PowerToys (free from Microsoft Store). Open PowerToys, and use the Keyboard Manager.

Note PowerToys' Keyboard Manager does not list all the default Windows shortcuts. It only shows remapped shortcuts.
