MSDefender Android Application Issue: Infinite Loading and "Accept" Button Failed

When trying to log in, the application loads infinitely and does not progress.

Furthermore, when we re-register an account for login, it takes us to a screen to accept the terms, but the "Accept" button does not perform any function.

It is worth mentioning that we use MSDefender on our cell phones in the corporate environment. Which are registered in our AD/Endpoint and MSDefender installation is required there.

We have already tried several solutions, including:

Restart the cell phone.

Reinstall the application.

Clear the application cache.

  • Try on another cell phone outside our domain.
  • Use a different corporate account.

Unfortunately, the problem persists in all cases.

    It seems that there is something wrong in the app background, and it looks like need to grab the app's backend information to analyze, due to the limitation of Q&A, it is recommended that you open an online case to get more help.
