Hi i have a problem with Exchange onpermise. I have server sending mails thru that exchange to local mailboxes. User sending maila have user in domain with mailbox in this exchange. Server is sending regular reports to users in the same domain with exchange. This mails exchange see as exthernal mail. I have transport rule that mails outside organisation have specific prefixes so they go to specific folders in user mailboxes. I will be very greatefull for your help.

According to your description, I would like to confirm whether you are using anonymous SMTP Relay, so that the server can send mail to the local mailbox through exchange. Please provide detailed anonymous relay settings, so that I can know the problem more clearly.
