Passed Exam yesterday still no certificate in profile.

Passed the MB-910 (CRM) yesterday and received the Congratulations email w/ MCID. Work is asking for the Certificate ASAP. Pearson Vue says there are no issues w/ my account and I have merged my learn profile w/ my certification profile (same email). I have been trying to identify the next step but requesting guidance. I've called Microsoft support but the chatbot directs me to the learn.microsoft.com site. Any guidance would be appreciated, thank you.
