I have an MSDM subscription and $150/monthly credit.I was following an azure tutorial and it told me to get a key vault. I originally thought the key vault was $0.003 every 10,000 transactions and was recommended by azure to enable purge protect- to which I did for 7 days.
Turns out it was an HSM key vault (my fault) and is charging ~75 per day.
I would like to make a support ticket, however I am currently locked out of my account as the HSM has depleted all of my resources. Despite this, I was able to delete the HSM key and it is scheduled to be purged tomorrow. Will the system be able to purge the key as my account is suspended?
When I look to the "Current Cost" it is around $600 now. Will I have to pay this and then get a refund, or is support able to help me and remove this from my account, or will the charges go over to my next monthly installment of my credit?
I am confused about this charge because Azure is supposed to suspend my account and stop ALL incurring charges. You would think this would include the key vault no?
