Why does our company logo always look like this?
Here are my theme settings for the org. How can I make the search logo background white? (or blue or purple or anything besides black)
I completely removed the logos and an hour later built a brand new VM with a fresh Win11 install...

Remove your Alternate Logo and check.
I only added the alternate to try to fix it. As you can see the alternate has white letters. The logo in the search is the gray one.
The problem isn't the alternate logo.
Change your Microsoft Office theme to Light.
Okay here's a desktop with light theme and office light theme.
This happens only to search bar or everywhere?
Only the search bar. Everything else looks fine as far as I have seen.

Method1 ：Restart your Windows Explorer Task.
Right-click your Task bar and choose Task Manager.
Find Windows Explorer and right-click it. Then choose Restart.
If you didn't see this item in your Task Manager, just press Win+E and repeat Step 1and 2.
Method 2: Use SFC Command.
Input CMD in your search bar, and run Command Prompt as adminnistrator：

That did not help. I completely removed both logos and ran all these command then rebooted. I still see the logo with the black background.I'm starting to think this logo is defined somewhere completely different. I wish I could get an authoritative response.
Again, this happens to all machines in the company. I'm assuming all the commands above were because you assumed the bad logo was cached?Edit 2 to trigger update.
