Microsoft Edge not playing Azure Learning Interactive Lab Sessions from Lab Exercises especially on our office network

Any advise on steps/settings that needs to be taken care of.

    I've just tested the simulation on my end, and it seems to be working fine. To assist you more effectively, in this case, I suggest that you kindly follow some basic troubleshooting steps.

    1. Try it in another browser (Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox & Microsoft edge) and please ensure that your browser is up to date.
    2. Have you tried clearing your browser cache and cookies.
    3. Are there any browser extensions enabled? If so, could you try disabling them and attempting to load the simulation again.
    4. Do you have any security software or firewall settings that might be affecting the loading process.
    5. Have you tried accessing the simulation from a different network or device.
