About Microsoft Project

Question

I have M365 E3 license and Project Plan 1
I tried to access Project From Teams but its we cannot use Microsoft project alone

We must add the Project into Teams or Channel

But I want to use Microsoft Project Alone in Teams like Planner

Also How to download Desktop version of Microsoft Project When I have Project Plan3 license ??

I have heard that Microsoft Project is going to change into Planner
If Project is going to change into planner then there will be no Project app??
