How to get our IP addresses unblocked in Azure?

We run a VPN service for our customers. Recently our customers using our VPN in Denmark have been blocked in certain services running on Azure. According to those services, the reason has been that the IP address or subnet has been blocked by Azure. How we could have our Danish IP addresses removed from Azure's block list?

I understand that you believe Azure has blacklisted certain IPs owned by you.
May I ask how you are saying your IPs have been blocked by Azure?
- Was there a notification sent to you?
- Or was this communicated to you by Azure Support?
- Can you be more specific on what are these services and how exactly you are aware/notified that Azure explicitly blocked these IPs.

2024-05-30T10:10:41.2633333+00:00 Our customers have tried to access https://dinoffentligetransport.dk/ (Danish public transport site) but get an error code when accessing that site. When our customers have complained about the problem to the support of that site, they have received only a reply telling that "your challenge is due to you being blocked by Azure."
Is there a way I could deliver our IP addresses to you in a private message so that you could check this out?

2024-05-30T10:35:51.3533333+00:00 It appears the site is behind Azure Front Door.
However, the site owner should raise a support incident to Azure and request that the IP range be allowed provided that the IPs are being blacklisted in the first place.
Since you do not have access to the AFD resource yourself, we will not be able to check the logs or validate the IPs hitting the AFD.
I would request you to work with the site's support team to involve Azure Support to get to troubleshoot this further
