Hi

We are experiencing a network issue in our company, where certain websites are accessible over WiFi but not over a wired LAN connection.

We have been facing this issue for a couple of days, before that everything was OK.

Is there any solution plz.

    Hello,

If the methods in the link still do not solve the problem, you may need to check if the problem is caused by broken physical devices.

Verify that the wired connection is properly connected to your computer and the network switch/router.

Check for any loose cables, damaged ports, or hardware issues.

I talked to SonicWall support, they shared me a solution and after that we can use all the websites but the issue is with WhatsApp.

    Below are some issues:

    1.      We cannot upload & download anything (images, files, voice msgs, etc) on mobile.

    2.      We cannot upload & download anything (images, files, voice msgs, etc) if we are connected to a LAN connection on a laptop/desktop, but we can upload & download everything on our laptop/desktop when connected to wireless.
