How do I retrieve my Certification

I want to retrieve my Microsoft Certification documents. I don't work for the same company in which I worked for at the time I passed the certs. How do I retrieve them and have them show up on my profile?

Account Management you can link your private and work email addresses:

Below your certification, click View certification details, next click Print button above your certificate, select Save as PDF, under More settings uncheck Headers and footers, etc.
